Introduction:
If your AeroFit device isn’t syncing data with the app, try these steps to resolve common issues.
Step 1: Check Bluetooth status
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Move your device and phone closer together.
Step 2: Restart devices
- Restart both your AeroFit device and your phone.
Step 3: Force close and reopen the AeroFit app
- On your phone, close the AeroFit app completely and relaunch it.
Step 4: Update app and firmware
- Check for updates to the AeroFit app in your app store.
- If available, update your wearable’s firmware via the app.
Step 5: Re-pair the device
- Remove the AeroFit device from paired Bluetooth devices.
- Repeat the pairing process in the app.
